 "#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Jatinder Kaur in case FIR No.34 dated 13.04.2015 registered at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur under Sections 306/34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co9accused namely Surinder Kaur and Kabal Singh have been allowed interim bail by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2015 which has been affirmed on 22.09.2015 which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh.

  In the light of principle of parity, it is ordered that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). She shall continue to join investigation and shall furnish an undertaking that he shall abide by the conditions specified under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.  The petition stands disposed off accordingly. $  "%   "&'(&)*&+
