(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.138 dated 28.04.2017 registered under Sections 120-B, 177, 406, 417, 380 IPC at Police Station Focal Point, District Ludhiana. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner in pursuance of the order dated 11.05.2017, has joined the investigation.
Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Dharampal, has not disputed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation. It is further submitted that a cancellation report has also been submitted on 21.02.2018 before the trial Court.
Counsel for the complainant, on the other hand, has submitted that the matter has been compromised and CRM-M No.49577 of 2017 praying for quashing of the FIR on the basis of the compromise has already been filed before this Court and the same is Mohd. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 11.05.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
