ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Having suffered concurrent adverse findings by the two Courts below, plaintiff is in second appeal before this Court assailing trial court judgment and decree dated 05.12.1990, as upheld by learned First Appellate Court vide its judgment and decree dated 24.09.1993. 2.
Suit for permanent injunction was filed by plaintiff/appellant (herein), which was dismissed by learned trial Court. Appeal filed against the said judgment and decree was also dismissed by learned First Appellate Court.

Appeal was admitted on 19.04.1995 and was earlier taken up for hearing on 23.01.2023 when counsel for appellant sought time to verify if anything survives in instant second appeal. 4.
Today, no one has caused appearance on behalf of appellant. 5.
Dismissed in default.
