**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 149 dated 18.08.2017 under Sections 306/34 IPC, registered at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 10.05.2018 :- "It is contended that the petitioner is the motherin-law of the deceased. She was found innocent during inquiry and has been summoned by the learned trial Court vide order dated 22.03.2018. The matter is fixed before the learned trial Court for 14.05.2018. List on 31.07.2018.

In the meanwhile, the petitioners shall appear before the learned trial Court on or before 14.05.2018. She be admitted to interim bail on her appearance to the Satyawan 2018.07.31 15:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein in compliance with the order dated 10.05.2018 has appeared before the trial Court and has furnished the requisite bail bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer confirms the factum of appearance by the petitioner before the trial Court and furnishing of bail bonds. Since the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court, furnished the requisite bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court and is facing trial, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 10.05.2018 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
