The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.7 dated 17.10.2024 under Sections 509, 506 of IPC, 1860 and Section 66(c) of Information Technology Act, 2000 registered at Cyber Crime Police Station Pathankot, District Pathankot.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file fresh with better particulars.

In view of above, the prayers so made is allowed. 4.
