HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of impugned FIR No.121 dated 30.11.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 304-A, 427 and 279 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, Police District Batiala, District Gurdaspur, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
