(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at length, prays for and is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue its representation (Annexure P-5) as well as the legal notice dated 13.12.2021 (Annexure P-6) before the respondent-authorities in the first instance and thereafter take up the remedy before an appropriate forum. Mr. Satya Pal Jain, learned Additional Solicitor General of India, on advance copy, submits that the petitioner's representation as well as the legal notice shall be considered and decided by the respondent-authorities in accordance with law.
