The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 47 dated 04.04.2022 under Sections 21, 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Mallanwala, District Ferozepur.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
