(ORAL) Though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody for more than 05 months in the present case, with only the charge framed as yet, however, seeing that he is also stated to be involved in another case in respect of a crime punishable under Section 302 IPC, as per statements of learned State counsel and counsel for the complainant, with the deceased stated to be the father of another person earlier murdered, without making any comment on the aforesaid contention, which obviously would be looked at the appropriate stage of the trial, I do not think this is an appropriate case to grant bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.
