Respondent Nos.1 to 4 were not found residing at the given address,whereas respondent No.5 was not found at the time of service. Since none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite service, this Court is left with no option, but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives.
