This is the petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.68 dated 23.04.2015 registered at Police Station, Rupnagar under Section 420/34 IPC against the petitioner.
For the reasons recorded by my brother Hari Pal Verma, J. in the order dated 28.05.2015 my response to the facts urged before me by the petitioner and by the complainant are the same and leading to the same tentative conclusion. Without commenting on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the present petition is allowed.
