AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Nand Lal, submits that now the Medical Officer has testified before the trial Court and three prosecution witnesses are still to be examined, with the next date of hearing being 15.3.2018. That being so and the petitioner already having been in custody since June 2016, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be admitted to bail upon his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
