The present appeal is filed against concurrent findings of fact recorded by the Courts below in a suit filed by the plaintiff-respondents for joint possession.

On 23.08.2023, none had appeared on behalf of the appellantsdefendants. 3.

As per office report, notices have been received back with the report that appellant Nos.1 and 3 have passed away and appellant No.2 has been duly served, however, there is no representation on his behalf even today. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellant at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to intimate the same. 6.

A period of three months is granted for seeking recalling of this order.
