Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though petitioner is continuing in service but has threat of removal/replacement. The above submission of learned counsel for the petitioner makes out no case for issuance of contempt notice to the respondent as till date, there is no violation of the order of status quo (ibid). This petition has no merits. Dismissed.
