PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 438 o the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.94 dated 28.02.2014 registered under Section 379 IPC at Police Station Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is on bail in case FIR No.373 dated 14.04.2014 registered under Section 379 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present FIR. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that besides FIR in question three other cases of stealing vehicles like TATA Safari and other luxury cars are also pending against the petitioner.
