A purely administrative decision to shift the Block Office Nissing, previously located at village Chirav to village Nissing, has been challenged. It has been pleaded that previously a building of the Block Office was constructed 50 years back at village Chirav from where the Block Office has been functioning all this time. Now a decision has been taken to shift the Block Office to village Nissing. In the absence of violation of any rules and regulations or any instructions, it would not be appropriate for the Court to interfere in the administrative decision. Hence, no ground is made out to issue a writ, as prayed for.

Dismissed.
