This revision petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the order passed by the Executing Court while dismissing the petitioner's objection petition. In the petition filed by the respondent (petitioner's wife) under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for the restitution of conjugal rights, a decree was passed on 06.01.2018 by the Principal District Judge, Family Court, Hisar.

The learned counsel representing the parties have stated that in a subsequent petition for the grant of decree of dissolution of marriage by way of decree of divorce has been allowed.
