The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the condition prescribed in the sanction letter whereby the subsidy was to be released upon availability of funds. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. Even on the last date of hearing, the petition had remained unrepresented. It seems that the relief of the petitioner already stands redressed and he has no impending grievance.
