This Court finds that this is the second petition filed on behalf of petitioner - Paras Nagar seeking the same very relief of anticipatory bail. 2.

The petitioner has been unable to justify filing of second petition for grant of anticipatory bail when earlier one was dismissed on 29.1.2024. 3.

The instant petition, as such, is dismissed.
