Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Jaswinder Singh submits that both the petitioners have made statement that they do not have any threat to their life and liberty. In view of the above, no further indulgence of this Court is required and the instant petition is disposed of as such. Learned counsel for private respondents submits that petitioner no. 1-Karamjeet Kaur while running away had taken away huge amount from the house. For that private respondents may have appropriate remedy.
