(Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking directions to official respondents to constitute a Special Investigation Team to probe into the allegations made in FIR No.417 dated 09.11.2022 registered at Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh Mewat, under Sections 376-D, 506, 34 IPC.

Learned State counsel, who is present on advance notice, on instructions from ASI Pushpa submits that the Investigating Officer has already collected blood samples of three persons as named in the petition. The Investigating Officer is waiting report of FSL and appropriate action would be taken as soon as report is received. On being confronted with this fact, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Investigating Officer has drawn samples of persons other than persons named by the petitioner. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner may be directed to be present before Investigating Officer and samples would be ANJU GOEL 2023.03.17 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

The petitioner is directed to be present before Investigating Officer on 24.03.2023 and the Investigating Officer would call three persons named in the present petition and collect their samples. The Investigating Officer further ensure protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and her son.
