Dated Police Station Sections 22.04.2024 Adarsh Nagar, District Faridabad 323, 365, 379-B, 506 IPC and 25 of Arms Act (Section 120-B, 364-A, 452, 201 IPC added later on) The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above had come up before this Court under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking regular bail.

Status Report by way of affidavit filed by State counsel is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to counsel for the petitioner. State counsel submits that there is one more case pending against the petitioner but he has not disclosed the same in the petition.

Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. 4.
