The learned counsel representing the appellants submits that he has made his best efforts to contact the concerned officers telephonically as well as via e-mail, however, he has failed to get any response from them. He has produced a copy of communication dated 08.02.2024 received from the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, Faridabad. A copy of the said communication is taken on record. He further submits that he has no instructions to press this appeal.
