Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already joined investigation in compliance with interim bail granted by this Court. She is ready to face the proceedings, in accordance with law. It is further submitted that as the petitioner could not understand the implications/consequences of legal notice issued by her Advocate son, co-accused in the case, the petitioner may not be condemned for the same.

Counsel for the State assisted by counsel for the complainant has not disputed that the petitioner has already joined investigation in compliance with the interim bail. In view of the above, without taking any serious view of the legal notice issued by Sh. Davinder Pal Singh, Advocate qua the petitioner, Annexure R1 filed in CRM-M No.15743 of 2016, interim bail granted to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the following conditions:- Mohd. 1. She shall make herself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

2. She shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and

3. She shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court.

However, it is clarified that Saurabh Kapoor son of the petitioner cannot press for taking same view in regard to legal notice, in his case (CRM-M No.15743 of 2016).
