H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Devinder from Police Station Tigaon, District Faridabad, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and recovery has been effected from him. He further states that the petitioner has furnished an affidavit that he does not hold any passport, therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. It being so, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.5.2017 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition, in that way, is allowed.
