The instant petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., has been preferred by the petitioner for setting aside the impugned order dated 06.12.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Moga, in BA/2554/2023 titled as 'Sukhdev Singh Vs. Lehmber Singh', vide which, while deciding the application for suspension of sentence, the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of the compensation amount.
