After arguing at some length, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the DRT within a week from today.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case such an application is filed, the Tribunal shall decide the same within two weeks thereafter. Proposal, if any, to take possession of the residential house be kept in abeyance till then.
