By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for directing respondents No.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners and their family members by taking into consideration representation dated 16.02.2023 (Annexure P-1). 2.

Upon advance notice, learned State counsel submits that the representation dated 16.02.2023 (Annexure P-1) appended along with the petition shall be considered preferably within a period of eight weeks from today.

In view thereof, the present petition is being disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into representation submitted by petitioner on 16.02.2023 (Annexure P-1), however, it is made clear that the aforesaid direction shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the same.
