The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 002 dated 05.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 323, 341, (Sections 308, 325 and 34 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Sandaur, District Malerkotla as well as other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, Mr. Tanvir Singh Grewal, Advocate has put in appearance and files his Power of Attorney on behalf of the complainant in Court today, which is taken on record.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty that all the pleas raised in the present petition be kept open to be taken before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
