(ORAL) Learned State counsel, after seeking instructions from ASI Gamdoor Singh, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been filed against the accused in the Court and the accused have been charge-sheeted by the Court under Section 306 IPC.
