      HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.17 dated 05.02.2019 registered under Sections 323, 325, 506, 34 IPC, at Police Station A Division, Amritsar, Punjab, along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 05.03.2021 (Annexure P-3).

At the outset, it has been pointed out by the learned State counsel that challan has been presented and there is some amendment in the Sections. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at the time of filing of the present petition, challan was not presented. He, however, prays for withdrawal of the present petition, with a liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
