Petitioner was enlarged on bail and due to his absence on 16.2.2015 he was declared PO on 21.11.2015. It is contended that the petitioner was picked up by the police in another FIR no.41 dated 18.2.2015 at Faridkot and was shown to be in custody from 18.2.2015 to 23.11.2015. Thus, the non-appearance was bona fide. At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 20.1.2016,petitioner surrendered before the trial court and was released on interim bail. In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court in terms of order dated 20.1.2016 passed by this Court, is made absolute.
