The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against him vide FIR No.0204 dated 14.12.2020 at Police Station Division No.1, District Jalandhar, under Sections 307/324/323/148/149 IPC. 2.

Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that during the course of investigation the petitioner has been found innocent and that challan has been presented against the other three accused.

In view of the aforesaid position, the petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
