The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the respondents to transfer the custody of the petitioner from District Jail, Yamuna Nagar to District Jail, Jhajjar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner also submitted representation dated 09.02.2022 (Annexure P-2) to that effect also to respondent No. 2. Notice served upon the official respondent through the State's counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he would be satisfied in case directions may be issued to respondent No.2-Director General of Prisons, Haryana to decide the representation dated 09.02.2022 (Annexure P-2) within time bound manner.

The prayer is not opposed.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No.2 himself or by delegating any officer not below the rank of Inspector General of Police, to decide the representation dated 09.02.2022 (Annexure P-2) by passing a speaking and reasoned order within ten working days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
