Challenge in the present appeal is to the judgment dated 19.11.1990 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Kurukshetra, whereby the appeal filed by the respondent against the judgment dated 19.07.1989 in a suit filed for possession, was allowed.

On the last date of hearing, i.e. 12.02.2020, fresh notice was issued to the parties and as per office report, appellant has been served through his son. However, there is no representation on his behalf. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the appellant at the last known address, as also to the concerned SHO of the area to intimate the same. 5.

A period of three months is granted for seeking recalling of this order.
