Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 72 dated 30.10.2018, registered under Section(s) 420, 465, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Budhlada, District Mansa.

Allegation against the petitioner that he had verified Gurjeet Singh son of Harpal Singh regarding issuance of forged passport. The said passport was to be issued to Gurjeet Singh and that was on the basis of verification having been done by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the information was supplied to the petitioner by Charanjit Kaur for verifying the facts and there is no supporting material available on the file.

The matter requires extensive investigation and as such no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Thus, present petition stands dismissed.
