(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.91 dated 25.11.2021, under Section 406, 498-A, IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Patiala , District Patiala (Annexure P-1). Vide order dated 17.10.2022, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioners to join investigation.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. In light of the fact that, the parties have settled the matter amicably, therefore, the present petition is allowed.
