This is plaintiff's Regular Second Appeal against the concurrent findings of fact arrived at by the courts below, while dismissing his suit for the grant of mandatory injunction directing the defendant to issue allotment letter in respect of a plot measuring 150 sq. yards in Radha Krishan Scheme Batala.

This appeal is pending for the last 30 years. Though the learned counsel representing the parties have been informed about the listing of the case, however, they are not present today. It appears that the appellant is no longer interested in prosecuting the appeal.
