RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to get cattle and other household articles recovered from respondents No.4 to 6. Learned State counsel contends that petitioner has complied with order dated 26.02.2019 qua his appearance before the Investigating Officer on 01.03.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate action to recover his household articles from the private respondents. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. (RAMENDRA JAIN) March 08, 2019 JUDGE R.S.
