(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing complaint No.COMA 356 of 2015 dated 13.01.2015 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, titled 'Nirpal Singh v. M/s Juneja Telecom and General Store and others' pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana and summoning order qua petitioner dated 13.01.2015 passed in the said complaint. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.

4 contend that aforesaid complaint is not maintainable against them, as they have nothing to do with the transaction between respondents No.1 and 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has fairly admitted this fact. In view of above, impugned complaint filed by respondent No.1 qua petitioner Gurmeet Singh son of Narinder Singh and respondent No.4 RAVINDER SINGH 2018.08.

-2CRM-M-16693 of 2015 dated 13.01.2015 (Annexure P-1) qua them are quashed. The trial Court shall proceed against respondents No.2 and 3 in accordance with law. (RAMENDRA JAIN) August 10, 2018 JUDGE R.S.
