**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Vide order dated 02.04.2016, the interim maintenance awarded to the petitioner/respondents @ Rs.6000 per month by the Court below vide order 19.10.2015 has been reduced to Rs.4500/- per month. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are chances of amicable settlement between the parties, if the matter be referreed to Medication Centre.

This petition at this stage is being disposed by giving direction to Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur to summon the parties and relegate them to Mediation Centre at Hoshiapur so that the matter could be resolved amicably.

Registry is directed to send copy of this order to Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur.
