(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 208 dated 1310.2012 for offences under Sections 302, 449, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station City, District Gurdaspur. This is the second application filed by the petitioner for grant of bail. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Som Lal submits that evidence of the prosecution has since been concluded and the case is now fixed for 22.07.2015.
