M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) On account of petitioner having absented on 9.12.2014, his bail was cancelled by the trial Court. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and his counsel had noted a wrong date of hearing on account of which circumstance he was unable to appear on 9.12.2014. I have considered the facts and circumstances of the present case.

Notice of motion to the Advocate General, Punjab. On asking of the Court, notice has been accepted by Mr.C.S.Brar, DAG., Punjab, present in the Court. Copy given. This petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner will put in appearance before the trial Court on 11.2.2015 with an offer to furnish fresh bail bonds. The petitioner on doing so would be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/-with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
