(Oral) On 21.03.2024, the following order was passed : - "Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, submits that the absence of the petitioner before the trial Court was inadvertent and he is willing to join trial and face the same in accordance with law.

Put up on 30.04.2024.

Operation of the impugned order 19.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing subject to the petitioner entering appearance before the concerned trial Court on 04.04.2024 (stated to be next date fixed before the trial Court)."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner (herein) has duly caused his appearance before the Additional Sessions Judge, Nuh on 04.04.2024 in terms of the order dated 21.03.2024 passed by this Court.
