This is a petition under section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of the case from Gurdaspur to Amritsar. Admittedly, petitioner himself is the complainant and chose the forum and jurisdiction to initiate the complaint. Present petition for transfer is, thus, mis-conceived and the same is hereby dismissed.
