Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.127 dated 11.11.2016 under Sections 420 and 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Gidderbaha, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Notice of motion was issued. Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for the complainant appeared and contested the petition. I have heard learned counsel for the parties as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that FIR has been lodged on the written VINEET GULATI 2018.10.10 12:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh complaint given by Area Manager Operations, Reliance Retail Limited, in

CRM No.M-16771 of 2017 -2which it is stated that petitioner Anil Kumar Yadav was employed and working as Store Leader in Gidderbaha DX Store since 23.06.2015. As per the allegations, `3,88,420/- from the cash and articles of `10,34,637/- have been misappropriated.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and in view of the fact articles are still be recovered from the petitioner, I find that petitioner is required for custodial interrogation and no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to him. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.

The order dated 11.07.2017 granting interim bail to the petitioner stands vacated.
