Custody certificate dated 02.05.2023 filed on behalf of the respondent-State, is taken on record.

Learned State counsel has informed this Court that the matter has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already been granted regular parole for 70 days on 17.04.2023 and he has to surrender on 27.06.2023. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
