Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that he has no instructions from the petitioner in this case. 2.

Learned State counsel has handed over a document which mentions that the petitioner has stated that her grievance stands redressed and she does not want to pursue this case.

In view of the aforesaid, this Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such. 4.
