**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) The appellant-plaintiff is in the present regular second appeal against the finding rendered by the lower Appellate Court, whereby the suit for permanent injunction, which was decreed by the trial Court, has been dismissed by the lower Appellate Court.

This Court vide order dated 13.07.2018 had issued notice to the appellant at the address given in the memo of parties to make alternative arrangement as Mr. Yogesh Kumar Sharma, Advocate, earlier represented the appellant-plaintiff, had expired.

As per office report, notice issued to appellant Nos.1(i), (ii) and (iv) has not been received back either served or otherwise, whereas appellant No.1(iii) has been served through brother-in-law, but there is no representation.
