HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of complaint No.55 of 2013 (Annexure P-2) dated 08.07.2013 titled as Gurbaksh Singh Versus Gurdeep Singh and others, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 326 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already been acquitted vide order dated 13.10.2018 passed by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pehowa, a copy whereof has been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. In view of the above-said submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
